Can an existing Flownex license be transferred from one computer or server to another? If so, what requirements must be met before a new license can be issued for the replacement computer or server?
Answer
Yes, both node-locked and server licenses can be relocated to a different computer or server. To complete the relocation, the client must sign a Flownex License Amendment document confirming that the previous license or licenses will no longer be used.
In addition, the client's Maintenance and Support (M&S) must be up to date before a replacement license can be issued. If the Maintenance and Support agreement is not current, the client must either renew the M&S agreement or pay 25% of the outstanding M&S fees before a new license can be provided.
