Answer
This issue is typically caused by corruption in the recent file history that Flownex stores automatically. When these files become corrupted, some ribbon tab icons may no longer display correctly.
To resolve the issue, close Flownex and search your computer for all files named "FlownexFiles.ini". Delete all instances of these files and then restart Flownex. When Flownex is opened again, the recent file history will be recreated and the missing ribbon tab icons should be restored.
