When running a transient sensitivity analysis, only the average values of the selected output parameters appear to be saved. How can the full transient results be captured and exported? Is there a way to save all transient data to CSV files, or configure an action to automatically store the complete transient histories for each sensitivity run?
There are two recommended approaches for capturing and exporting transient data during a transient sensitivity analysis.
The first approach is to use the Batch Run Graph to plot the transient sensitivity analysis results. Once the sensitivity analysis has completed, the graph can be right-clicked and the plotted transient data can be exported directly to a CSV file. This provides an efficient way to capture the full transient response rather than only the averaged output values.
The second approach is to create a custom Report and add the required properties to the report definition. During the transient sensitivity analysis, Flownex will write the selected property values to the report for each run, allowing the transient behavior of multiple parameters to be recorded and reviewed after the analysis.
It is also important to note that sensitivity study configurations are not automatically stored within the project file itself. If a sensitivity setup needs to be reused in another project, it should be transferred using the Export and Import functionality provided for sensitivity studies.
